So, I know you've been dying for the second installment of my San Diego trip, so it has finally arrived. Here it is ladies and gents! My trip to the world-renown San Diego Zoo!!!
Aw, look how cute this Koala bear is while sleeping!
There are only two zoos in the US that have Panda bears. So of course I had to get some pictures. They seemed smaller than I thought they would be. And it looked like it was someone dressed up in a Panda costume walking around out there. It was weird, but definitely neat to see.
"Its time for your close up!"
To my surprise, the most enjoyable animal to watch was this friendly and very playful polar bear. I think I got some pretty good shots of him. Of course, these were taken through glass, so thats why they look scratchy.
He came right up against the glass for us...it was so fun to watch him!
He looked right towards me! He's so cute...and kinda looks like a big wet dog. Don't ya think?
Anyway, that's all the pictures from the zoo that I feel are worth posting. I did make a video of my San Diego trip. Its about 10 minutes long. Hopefully I'll get a DVD burner for Christmas, and I'll be able to watch my movie on the big screen TV!
